Our client thought they had planned for most things. That was until they were given notice on their office! Having been happily based in their rural office for some years the realisation that they would have to move while still running a busy back office and delivering their service to their own clients began to feel more than a little daunting.
Rather than look to replicate the same office set-up our client decided to get creative. With a lot of businesses embracing the virtual working business model they began to wonder whether this could work for them too.

Our client was! Giving the same instructions over and over again and seeing the same mistakes being made was leading to frustration. The incredible drive of the business owners had seen the company grow rapidly but working ON the business had taken a backseat and the team had been left behind.
With a goal to smash the £1 million turnover ceiling, but a structure and workflows that were still based in a reactive start-up mode, something needed to change. Right from the start the business owners were very clear about what they stood for and how they wanted their service to be delivered. But something had been lost in translation.
Crying out for more structure and streamlined workflows there was an opportunity to bring together the vast knowledge that everyone had in the company, and to capture it in a place where it could immediately add value to the business. And along the way a change in culture was also needed. Never ones to shy away from challenging the status quo and instigating change, OpsAngel rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in….

This is what happened to a small telecare service provider based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Determined to meet the strict conditions put on all companies who wanted to be part of this particular supply chain, they quickly realised that they needed expert advice and guidance to make the opportunity count.
Tasked with liaising with the big player, navigating quality compliance requirements, and feeding these back into our clients own supply chain in China, OpsAngel worked closely with everyone involved to meet the deadlines and seal the deal. The ‘small’ business has gone on to increase its revenues by 400% in just 5 years……
