Our client was in an extremely lucky and privileged position to have been chosen by Telefonica O2 to be one of the exclusive suppliers within their HelpatHand proposition. This was one of their key propositions for the next 12 months +. Working with a major global player meant a great deal of work was required to be done to a high standard and delivered on time to ensure our client passed many specific supplier criteria.
Client facing into O2 Telefonica the OpsAngel team quickly took the lead with the project and became the first point of contact for all quality assurance enquiries coming into the business. Having establised exactly what was required we worked with the management team to create meaningful quality objectives that then formed the back bone of the Quality Manual. Mindful of the Ethical Trading Initiative we set about auditing the company’s supply chain and gathering evidence to report on compliance.
Our client met all supplier criteria and have gone on to grow their turnover from 1m+ to 5m+ in just 5 years
