Claire is a scientist turned C-suite operator with more than 15 years experience guiding fast-growing businesses through the messy, exhilarating process of scaling. Trained to observe patterns and uncover root causes, she brings a rare ability to translate complexity into clarity — and values into behaviour.
She has spent her career reducing wasted time, energy and money by building simple, natural-fit structures that help organisations grow without losing their soul. Her mission is to harmonise the raw energy of vision with the stabilising power of order so businesses can achieve their full potential.
